Donation Pickup Request

Submit the form at least 2 weeks prior to your desired pickup date.

Once you submit the form, someone will call you as soon as possible to schedule and confirm your pickup date.

Donation Policies

Our Donation Centers CAN accept furniture, appliances, electronics, housewares and clothing in good, working condition with no stains, tears or soiling.

We CANNOT accept  items that are damaged, broken, dirty, wet, have excessive pet hair, are incomplete, worn-out or not working.

If you have a NEW mattress to donate, it must still be in its original plastic wrapping. Pianos may be donated at the 1st Street location, but KCM trucks cannot pick these up because our trucks do not have lift gates.

Pickups can only be made from ground-level/first-floor locations. For liability purposes, our drivers are not allowed to carry furniture up/downstairs.

Due to the availability of our trucks, we ONLY pick up furniture and other large items. All donations of clothing and small housewares will need to be brought to our donation center.

Pickups are typically scheduled by zip code zones on specific days. This is to keep fuel costs and milage down.

*KCM reserves the right to respectfully refuse donations that we believe we would be unable to sell. This is to prevent us from incurring additional costs associated with recycling/disposing of the items. Our Staff and Volunteers work hard to use your donations to support the work of Katy Christian Ministries and the families we serve. The better stewards we are, the more families we can help! $.89 of every dollar given to KCM directly supports our programs: KCM Food Pantry, KCM Social Services, KCM Crisis Center, and the KCM Counseling Program.
