Observance of International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day is a time to reflect on progress made, call for change and to celebrate acts of courage and determination by ordinary women, who have played an extraordinary role in the history of their countries and communities.

KCM Crisis Center Observes International Women’s Day by wearing the color Purple which historically is a color that denotes justice and dignity, and now it is used to represent women.  Green can be combined to symbolize Hope.
